All Level protective gloves and mittens are made up of three components: The Shell, the liner and the Biomex Wrist Guards.
We’ll start with the features of the shell on the Half Pipe: On the exterior, you’ve got a Waterproof Gore-tex material to keep the wet out and your hands dry. On the top, there’s venting to release moisture. On the palm side, rubberized Kevlar-reinforced palm and finger tips offer you a sure grip and durability for board grabs. The large, box-style fingertip construction allows for maximum circulation and warmth. At the back, a gauntlet-style powder cuffs fit over your sleeves and cinch to keep out the snow.
A few comfort features include: A plush nose wipe fabric on right thumb, Goggle cleaner on the right index and an adjustable storm leash to keep your gloves attached to you when not in use.
The next layer of the Half Pipe is the Removable Polartec fleece liner, which gives you great for warmth without the weight. If you choose, you can wear the shell without the fleece liner or replace this with your own glove liners. Please note, Level mittens come with a glove-style liner.
