For all the shorts, go to your local thrift store and buy some. They are way cheaper and help keep the cost down.
Dip Dyed shorts: I saw a pair at target for $20, and I made mine for only $13.
Ombré shorts: can be anywhere from $15-$100 and we made ours for about $7!
