For rusted metal, such as the floor board on this mustang, there are two options when prepping for POR 15. The first option, I am going to demonstrate in this video. The second option is to have the metal blasted to bare metal.

MARINE CLEAN is a complex mixture of organic & inorganic chemicals. It is non-toxic, biodegradable, water-based, and has no noxious odors nor chlorinated solvents.
